I went to SportsClips on 22nd St in Tucson when I was here in February got a free introductory haircut with MVP treatment and left a 5 star review for Lanetta. I came back to Tucson this October and wanted to introduce my daughter and granddaughters to SportsClips Before doing so I walked into the salon talked to a pleasant young woman with tattoos on her arm (in hindsight I should have gotten her name). She told me that they would honor the FREE MVP cut as long as the client was not in their system (first time client at SportsClips) without having the free haircut card. After breakfast I took the girls to SportsClips and they got another pleasant young woman who cut/trimmed their hair. But she upgraded them to the UltimateMVP treatment without any mention of cost/payment. When everyone is all done and she charged me $75 I was surprised to say the least. I told my of my conversation with the young lady with the tattoos and all she said is she was sorry but they do not honor the free MVP haircut without the free hair cut card. These ladies need to get on the same page with their policies IF I/we ever go back to SportsClips for a haircut you can believe we will not be going back to the salon on 22nd St. I feel duped/swindled.

I just got to write this about Julia. She is Awesome. Outstanding. Do not let her go. Only one I want to cut my hair from now on.
